RETURN POLICY

MONROW gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the original purchase. We do not refund for any initial shipping fees. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

All returns incur a $10 processing fee. Customer covers the cost of return shipping.

Additionally, all items purchased from our Sale Section or during a Sale Period are EXCHANGE ONLY unless otherwise noted.  

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that all merchandise is returned with the ORIGINAL INVOICE SLIP. Before you ship a return please ensure that the items you are returning are UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED.  If the returned items are dirty, stained, washed, or damaged in any way, we will NOT process a refund, exchange, or web credit. We will simply return DAMAGED items back to you. While we would absolutely hate to do this, we also need to ensure that the returns we receive can be loved by another customer.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Due to unprecedented volume during the holidays with our shipping carriers you may experience delays in shipment by a few days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you. Have a healthy and happy holiday and stay safe!

Shipping cut off dates to receive before 12/23:

Ground Shipping: 12/08

2-Day Shipping: 12/18

Overnight: 12/19

In order to accommodate our holiday shoppers we will be extending our return period. All orders placed between November 19th - December 25th that exceed our standard 21 day return policy will have until January 10th to be returned for an exchange or website credit. Please note that personalized items like embroidery are FINAL SALE.

 

DAMAGED GOODS OR EXCHANGES

If you receive an item that is damaged, please visit returns.monrow.com and enter your order number and e-mail address. The link will instruct you to complete the process and e-mail you a return shipping label.

The return must be shipped back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return label or the return will not be accepted.

At the moment we aren't able to issue return labels to our customers outside of the US.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and another email once it has been processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution). Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 2-3 days in addition during promotions, holidays or other times where all U.S. business activities are impacted. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping to select international customers. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. 

Please be aware that all international orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. If for any reason you do not accept the order at customs, you will be responsible for paying return fees. 

MONROW does not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package
