RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

MONROW gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the original purchase. We do not refund for any initial shipping fees. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

All returns incur a $10 processing fee. Customer covers the cost of return shipping.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE REFUNDED?

Although we try to process returns within 1-2 business days, processing time may take up to 5-7 business days after your return has been received at our warehouse.  We truly appreciate your patience.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

All items purchased from our Sale Section or during a Sale Period are EXCHANGE ONLY unless otherwise noted.  

Exchanges

WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE SHIP?

Exchange orders are shipped once the original return has been received.  To place an exchange order we we will put a temporary hold of $1 on your card to ensure that the exchange order is processed.  This charge will be waived once your return has been received and the exchange has been shipped.

PROMOTIONS

CAN COUPONS BE APPLIED TO ORDERS RETROACTIVELY?

Unfortunately not.  Coupons must be applied at checkout in order to receive the promotional discount.

CAN LOYALTY OFFERS BE COMBINED WITH COUPON CODES?

Unfortunately not.  Only one offer can be applied to an order.

CAN THE WELCOME PROMOTION BE USED MULTIPLE TIMES?

The welcome promotion discount is one time use and cannot be applied multiple times.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders require 1-2 business days to process.  Promotional periods may require a 2-3 business day processing period.  We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Unless another option is selected, your oder will be shipped standard ground from our Los Angeles warehouse.  For express delivery, orders must be placed before 11am PST or they will be shipped the next business day.

Please note you may experience a shipping delay during promotional periods.  

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to change the shipping address, contents in an order, or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at cs@monrow.com.  If your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you.  

CAN I REDIRECT MY ORDER?

Orders in transit cannot be redirected.

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?

No, we unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes.
